Stanup paddle boarding, SUP!, also called stand up paddle surfing, can be leisurely or intense depending on your preference. The Banana River is literally right outside our store's back door; you can paddle there with manatees all around the Thousand Islands, or go in the ocean, which is just up the road.

Paddle boarding can be a great work out, is scenic, and way fun. Pack a lunch and eat right on the water on your board! If you're vacationing in Central Florida and want to get on the water after Disney and the sites, this is for you.

Rates are 25/hour, 40/half day, and 60 for a full day per board. Delivery is available for an extra charge to the beach.
